Determines the type of explanation that should be produced by a data store connection.

    • SHORTEST

      public static final ExplanationType SHORTEST
      One shortest way to derive a target fact is returned. If a fact has several explanations of the same length, ties are broken arbitrarily.
    • TO_EXPLICIT

      All possible ways to derive a target fact from the explicitly given facts are returned. Explicitly given facts that are also derived by the rules are not explained.
    • EXHAUSTIVE

      All possible ways to derive a target fact are returned, including ways to derive the explicitly given facts.
